Is Haaland already a City legend?

Yet I’ve heard someone called a legend because they bought Krispy Kreme in to work once.
I got called an 'absolute legend' last week for simply pointing out who were the lads that the forklift truck trainer was training that morning.

I'm usually called an absolute bellend whilst at work so I was grateful for the compliment.

Haaland with 2 goals vs. Man Utd in today's game. Anyone still have doubts of him being a Man City legend, despite scoring a hat-trick against them last season?

Our eighth all time top scorer with 141. Franny Lee in his sights, just 7 behind him.

Good chance he could end the season as our 3rd all time top goalscorer. Currently Tommy Johnson on 166.

In 4 seasons.
If he continues scoring at the rate he has so far this season, and plays 50 games, he'll end the season on 189 goals - comfortably 2nd in our all time charts.

How can he not be he loves city he loves the fans he is a fan and he scores a shit load of goals he's breaking all kinds of records and he's here for another 10 years

He has already done things no City player has ever done as an individual.

He was also a huge part of our Treble Team.

Of course he is a legend*

To get a statue he would have to stay a while longer but his achievements do not have to be greater than they already are to be a legend.

*That said “legend” is as objective term like “Big Club” or “World Class” so there is no objective right or wrong because most definitions will be different.

Mine is probably “Will the player be remembered in 50 years for doing something positively special?” It’s already a yes for me even if he never plays for us again.
