Is mancini a great manager?

Judging from comments posted on this thread it looks as though the rag media achieved their goal.

nah they are just gettin giddy about pepe...last year it was mourinho (sooooooo last year)

No he isn't. He was lucky in Italy given where most of the main competition were when he was successful. With the best willin the world any decent manager could win the league with the resources he's had. IMO he doesn't have the majority of the team behind him, he rarely praises anyone or even acknowledges them when subbed, and sets an incredibly bad example supporting the likes of Balo who lets face it, is our 4th best striker.
I don't like the way he treats / blames the English players and worry that many will leave idc. Are we really progressing in losing Johnson and DeJong and replacing with Sinclair and Rodwell? Personally I'd be happy to see him go at the end of the season and see Jose or pep come in. Footnote how come Milner isn't even on the bench tonight? One of our better players recently, took one for the team (and kompany) v west Brom and not even on bench tonight!!?

I disagree. Nobody takes a blind bit of notice. Most of us could not give a flying hedgehog faeces what they think.
