Although I agree with you ultimately I don't go along with the reasoning.

There's no point looking back. We should always look to improve but getting rid of Mancini at this point will not move us on. Evolution needed not revolution.

Personally, I think we've come a long way since 1979. In fact since 1959 we've come even further. As for 1939, don't even get me started.
