Why do Malaga and the players father seem so keen on the move to Madrid?

He pretty much gets guaranteed game time here and will play under the manager who has nurtured him into one of the hottest prospects in football.

Why wouldn't he come here?

Malaga is straightforward enough, Madrid are probably paying more money. His father's motives are much more interesting though.
