Barcelona are keeping an eye on Malaga player Isco (21). Player would be delighted to join, but City and Monaco more likely options now [mundo deportivo]

Really? I'd say he'd fir perfectly with Barcelona, very similar to Iniesta.

Yep.
Scarily enough Iniesta is the only one of the Barcelona elites I could see leaving.

They have Tello, Defalue, Pedro, Sanchez and Villa who can play there.
They won't buy him. They will buy CB's and another striker.

They won't buy him. They will buy CB's and another striker.
And they also have Deulofeu. ;)
Did he sign a new contract btw? Wasn't Txiki there a while back to let our interest in Gerard be known?
I think we will see a few current Barca players go this summer whom will need to be replaced, and I don't think Isco is out of the question.
It'll be an interesting summer that's for sure.
If there is one place where Barca don't need strengthening it is the midfield. They have amazing players there and some good prospects in the academy as well. I doubt they will go for Isco. I so hope this deal is done early and he comes to us..

Regardless of him they are still stacked in that part of the squad. They have 2 Cb's and Abidal and Mascherano. They need to buy there.

Will watch with interest tonight. Real v Malaga tonight...8.25pm Sky Sports 1.
I missed the last few games but from what I have read he hasn't been fantastic. Lets see if he can stand out tonight.

Definitely. I think we'll see a world class CB go there as well as a lesser one. Also it wouldn't surprise me if they get a new keeper. Reina perhaps?
