For my healths sake i tend to stay away from the transfer forum but even i can see this chap is coming so had a look at the vids.
I know they can make a duffer look like Messi but you can see this guy has talent.

Great awareness and close ball control EVEN at speed of which he seems to have a fair bit of also.
Good shot on him to boot, he seems a superstar in the making.
