Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))
The journalists and reports may as well have been written by people from this forum! Massive speculation and nonsense that keeps reappearing and being circulated.
The facts are that both City and Real have had offers accepted and it is up to Isco to decide.
Positives for Real are that they are based in Spain, they are shrewd and experienced at securing these kinds of deals and that they are doing everything they can to put pressure on the lad. He is an up and coming Spanish star that may feel like he wants to stay and show his skills in the Spanish league. Family etc.
Positives for us are that he has worked with Pellegrini and respects him, we will give him more game time than Real can promise him, he has previously commented on his hatred for Madrid ( if those comments are true)!!!
So we are currently still waiting for anything official from the player but I am still of the same opinion that he will sign for City. It just makes much more sense for him to do so. The Malaga fans would prefer that too and could possibly be a consideration for Isco. If he signs for Real I would be surprised and I think he would do better coming to City. Typically whilst I sound confident, it wouldnt be City if I didnt still have this nagging doubt!
