Isco

It would be idiotic not to swap Silva for Isco. Same with Hazard and Robben

Silva is my favorite player to watch but the truth is, he is getting old and will soon be past his prime. Isco on the other hand is just entering his prime and is supremely talented. Anytime you can get a player of about the same quality and 6 years younger on a straight swap you should absolutely do the deal.
We have emotional fans who often can't see past the immediate present. Of course you take Isco. Even Silva would probably agree.

Has had a small row with Ancelotti apparently - didn't take kindly to being benched last few games.

He usually won't get much of a chance with James, Modric and Bale there tbh.

Depending on if Ancelotti stays or goes this summer at Real, Isco is clearly one to keep tabs on.

Dax. You're an idiot.

We can't see past the immediate present but you can predict that in the future, Silva would agree?

Dear, oh dear.

You're brand new to the forum(apparently.......).and within your first four hours you're calling a long standing member an 'idiot'?

A bit more respect please.

Silva is by far my favorite player and I agree you take Isco although I don't think Madrid would necessarily would want to swap for a 29 year old. There might be another option though. Rumors are that Valencia want to buy Silva back. If they make a good offer for him and if Isco wants to come here than you make it happen. Silva might be happy to go home as well. But if you want Isco that would mean Pellegrini staying another year.

This guy really does everything in a match.

In the penalty box taking a shot at goal and then 10 sec later he's where the LB should be and defending a shot.

Finishing could be better but a non-stop workrate from an attacking midfielder.

Definitely can't call him lazy.

Arsenal and Manchester City have been put on alert by the news that Real Madrid will consider offers for Spanish sensation Isco this summer, writes Tom Hopkinson in the Sunday People.

James Rodriguez has recovered from a broken foot and the club are trying to land Paul Pogba from Juventus or Marco Veratti from Paris Saint-Germain.

If they can make either of those transfers work then they will listen to bids for 22-year-old Isco that are in and around the £35million-mark.

Well worth that amount. Been saying all along our chances of getting him aren't that bad.

Real may well let him leave if they keep Carlo. It's Real we're talking about here.

If it's a case of 'Isco or De Bruyne' for us this summer, I'd much prefer the former. Certainly hope we're interested, if the rumours about him leaving are true. Fantastic player.

You don't want a quality player playing for our club, because he opted for Real Madrid last time around? A young, spanish player ending up at Real isn't really that strange, especially when we, if you believe the rumours, refused to pay a few million in agent fees.

What if we offered Pogba a deal before he went to Juve? Entirely possible. You suddenly wouldn't want him either?

If Real Madrid can get the likes of £42.5m for Ozil and close to £60m for Di Maria there is no way we could get Isco for £35m.

There will be a premium as well with them selling a Spanish player I would imagine as well

I reckon you are talking £45m-£50m at least.

Real Madrid for all their disposable talent is still one one of the most expensive shops in world football.
