Isco

Re: Isco (Part 7 (Saturday saga part 2))

For those old enough to remember.

Why don't you go and do something less boring instead.

It's Sunday.

Go and spend it with a loved one or your Family.

At somepoint during today or tomorrow you will find out if Isco has signed for us or not.

-- Sun Jun 23, 2013 9:59 am --

For those old enough to remember.

Question: Would we be in for Isco if Pellergrini wasn't our manager?

OK. If we don't get Isco, and with Cavani dead in the water, will our new head of 'getting players in' be a failure? We'll end up with the same as last season - a winger and a midfielder, albeit upgrades on Sinclair and Garcia.

I'm not panicking, but if we don't get Isco then someone is going to have to carry the can. It's just a question that will need to be asked, especially as the club have put so much emphasis on learning from the mistakes of last seasons disastrous transfer window.

Carry the can? It's a direct choice between us or Madrid for Isco, his choice!

F@cking blame culture in this country is embarrassing.
I'll second that, especially among a lot of our fans nowadays.

Re: Isco (Part 7 (Saturday saga part 2))

ladbrokes got the betting back up 1/4 RM 2/1 city looks like someone had 2o on city last night to get the odds cut from 9/4, if he comes great if not move on, will roque not get a chance now in our new system ?

I would hope so. He has quality and would improve us. So any young player that becomes available that would improve us I would like to think we would be interested in.

I believe we would. He is a future star, but the chances of getting him would be much smaller.
