Israel has broken and is in violation of more UN resolutions than any other nation in history and the sole reason for this behaviour is the ever so special friendship that they enjoy with the USA.
Until the Palestinian problem can be solved, we have zero chance of ever resolving the growing problems of global terrorism and the perceived Muslim/Western world conflict.
The continued disgusting treatment of the Palestinian people by Israel is one of the best rallying/recruitment calls for Al-Qaeda and other like minded terrorist organisations.
Without a complete u-turn in American policy towards Israel, we can forget ever having peace in the Middle-East.
I have no problems with Israel as a nation other than the days of them flouting international law should end immediately and they too should recognise the rights of a people, just as they once demanded.
I wont hold my breath...
