the rotation thing that people believe mancini believes is nonsense - if you are good enough you'll play 90% of the games - Hart - kompany - YAYA - Kun - these players hardly get changed. If we had players of this caliber in other areas they would be pretty much permanent fixtures too

Yes, exactly.

People make it sound like Mancini's not giving enough chances for them, but fact is, Mancini often gives a run of games if you are on top of your form, but when your form continues to dip and no sign of improvement is shown, then you are shown the bench.

Eg. Milner. Milner was brilliant for a series of matches, but as the season goes his form starts to dip and thus, dropped.

Eg. Nasri. Mancini gave Nasri countless starts but Nasri can't seem to get it going. Dropped. Only started recently because of his improvement in form.

Eg. Dzeko. Amazing, but the goal drought was too long for Mancini to take.

I dont really agree with any of that.

Mancini has not found Milners best position yet and tends to play him as back up in a couple of positions to sub first choice, or where fist choice is not available.

Mancini has never really dropped Nasri all season, might have rested him once or twice but never dropped.

Dzeko form dipped due to Mancini not sticking with him when he looked sharp and in form at start of season due to wanting to play the enigma that is Balotelli....
