I think through the links in and out we can all see that the following have been identified as needing strengthening.

CB
CM
Wide player
A striker if Dzeko or Tevez go

RvP is clearly the striker
Hazard was the wide player, now alternative needed
Martinez is likely the CM
Not sure on the CB don't think we were ever really in for T Silva

Pedro for wide player,
Sahin for CM,
Martinez for CDM and CB,

All in my opinion but that's how I see it.

I hope City see things similarly. I've watched alot of all 3 and they woudl complete us. Not a single doubt in my mind.

You dont want much do you mate!

Id like to nail Kate Upton mate but i just cant see it!

This guy saying it is 70% likely that Dzeko will go to Milan is not his agent but probably part of his team of representatives so may know something. I think Dzeko is more in Milan's price range (wages) than Tevez and fits the mold of their classic tall striker like van Basten, Shevchenko, and Ibrahimovic, even though he isn't as good as any of them.

would cost say €80M, will still be less than chelsea are likely to spend this window; one thing is for sure, Bobby is a shrewd man and no way did he sign up for 5 years without knowing there was still good money to spend

Pedro and Sahin don't see much gametime and play in postions where Barca and Real have many other options. Both teams wan't to offload players to free up cash, seemingly.

Martinez is getable at a cost.

All would be bombs too.

SSN reporting that ac milan president interested in Dzeko as Ibra replacement. This is according to Edin`s agent. Imo this, along with Ade`s departure will be the beginning of a transfer merry go round.

Ha slow computer as i`m miles behind on this it would appear! I like edin and think he would be an even better player for us given more time but i would like to see RVP in and i guess one of CT or ED have to go.

I just had to google who she was. Can I say that I would like to as well? Goes in my current top 3 with Kate Middleton and Kacey Barnfield.
Just say you never know. I used to dream of us getting bought out by rich guys and pipping United to the title :-)

If Tevez doesn't move on in this window, he will go back to Argentina for peanuts next summer. He will be in exactly the same position RVP is in now, 12 months on his deal and no likelihood of signing another. The question is will Tevez give us more in 12 months than Edin could over three or four?
It's not a question of Tevez or Dzeko to me. If Dzeko is a poor fit, move him on and replace him. He is completely irrelevant to the Tevez situation.

What is completely relevant is that if Mike Dean had spotted Carlos's arm in Barton's face he would have been off and probably cost us the league; that and going missing for 6 months last season, and the regular moaning (about being tired, about wanting to leave, about hating Manchester, about wanting to retire) means 1 of the 2 is an emotional liability - never forget that his emotions nearly cost us against qpr

The difference is that Tevez is a proven Premier League star forward. Not just 'adapted well' ,'scored a few important goals' , 'could fit really well with..' etc, we are talking one of the best players in the Premier League, possibly THE best when focused. A star . Balotelli is potentially more likely to fuck up than Tevez imo. I think Tevez is on board now & will accept whatever, be that a move or two years at City.

I like our 4 strikers & would keep them but if one has to go it should be Edin 1st imo.

Whereas I think he's biding his time and playing nice hoping to get his dream move and another big pay day... and if he doesn't get it, he'll throw another tantrum hoping to derail our season to force a January move.

Martinez buy out clause is 40 million euros= £32 million

Id be happy with him and RVP to be honest
