He was rested for 48 hours.

If he can't handle that then he can fuck off (to AC no odubt fairly soon)

Yep, having played two games for Bosnia the same week. He then started the next four games and did fuck all, how many games does it take for him to get into his rhythmn?
I wish we had "signatures" at times on BM as I would have the above as one.

There is always some Dzeko loon that says he was dropped after scoring 4 whilst they completely ignore it all.

Usually, they are from Bosnia.....

The silver lining of Dzeko going is they will fuck off as well.

I'm not sure why so many people think Pedro is attainable. He has a contract until 2016, and a buyout clause of €150m. He didn't have his best season last year, but still made 48 appearances. Barca are far more likely to let Affelay or Villa go in my opinion, than a La Masia graduate.

Agree with this. They're looking to sell Affelay and they sold Tello yesterday, I can't see them letting Pedro go too. It's just unrealistic.

given Edin Dzeko and you, I know which one I would prefer to "fuck off"

They haven't sold Tello have they? Marc Muniesa is going to Ajax but can't see them letting a talent like Tello going so easily.

He came to Barcelona when he was 17 years old, he's hardly their product.

I've read multiple times that they've sold Tello to Atletico for 5 million.

Unless my eyes have deceived me...

Affelay isn't going to bring them the funds needed for a CB and Neymar.

Realistically they need to line up their players and see who is replaceable.

Pedro plays left wing, Sanchez, Tello, Cuenca (can play there) and Alacantra all can fill in there. Selling Pedro brings in mouch needed funds for them and wouldn't hurt them as a team, such is their massive depth of quality.

I heard the rumour he was listed hence why I say his name. Tello can more than offer a replacement for them. If they sell Pedro then they could sign a CB and put whatever's left to the Neymar fund. Selling off Villa will top that fund too.

Barca have a bloated squad and regardless of Pedro I expect them to trim it down as they have an abundance of midfield players yet are wafer thin in defense.

In regards to selling Tello, Liverpool were close to buying him with a Romeu style buyback clause.

He came off the bench and scored a few goals iirc and since no rumours have surfaced. I'd be shellshocked if they sold him.

-- Wed Jul 18, 2012 3:52 pm --

some talks about Barcelona trying to buy Agger from Liverpool.

After missing on T.Silva and maybe Martinez then it maks sense. Could easily see Affelay going the other way as part of a deal, as it's been said Rodgers has made enquiries.

So Hunter says Malaga have big financial problems and maybe will have to sell some players. If it's true we should sign Isco. He could be better than David Silva and IMO would be a better signing than Hazard or Moura.

Sky website;

AC Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has not ruled out moves for Manchester City's Edin Dzeko and Carlos Tevez after selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris St Germain.

Sweden international Ibrahimovic has signed a three-year contract to follow Milan colleague Thiago Silva to Parc des Princes after a fee of €20million (£15.7m) was agreed.

Furthermore, Serie A runners-up Milan have undertaken a clearout of veterans this summer, including Filippo Inzaghi, Clarence Seedorf, Alessandro Nesta and Gennaro Gattuso.

Recent reports in Italy have linked Milan to a double swoop for Manchester City forward pair Dzeko, whose agent has said the striker might be interested in the move, and Tevez.

But Galliani on Tuesday told the Gazzetta dello Sport: "Dzeko or Tevez? Let's wait and see."

When asked how he intended to replace Ibrahimovic, he added: "There's time to do so until 31st August."

But a move for Genoa striker Mattia Destro, who scored 12 goals whilst on loan at Siena last season, appears to be off the cards, as Serie A rivals Roma close on a deal.

Galliani added: "We don't want to interfere with Roma."

Can see a last minute fuck about with these again.

? I apologize if I wasn't clear. I did a MCFC search on Twitter just to see if there is any news... "Wow. Heard from v.solid source ‪#MUFC‬ have nicked Spanish prodigy Gül Iblé from ‪#MCFC‬'s U16s. Valued at £5m, got him free. City are FURIOUS." from a United fan. I normally wouldn't look twice but it had over 150 re tweets so this man must have some credibility to have that many followers. Not trying to be a WUM... I was just generally concerned..
