He would play Kolarov a fair bit in that system, so the gap left behind him would be open to exploitation by quick players. We saw Keegan's team dismantled that way by top sides when using that.

To counter it, he could play Clichy as the 3rd CB though.

To be fair KK's teams didn't have the class of players this one has an RM is by far an away a more tactical astute gaffer who knows how to play this formation effectively.
