I can see it all fitting into place soon.

Not really an coincidence, is it? Dzeko know he's fourth on the list and that Bobby wants RVP in him out.

Not my money but if we could get rid of Ade and Rocky I would bring RVP in with the other 4. In January teams panic buy aka Carroll/Torres and I'm sure we could then move Dzeko or Tevez.

As if City would waste all this time chasing a player who is desperately trying not to sign for us.

What a pile of absolute fucking shite. The hatred of City by some of these journos is staggering.

Sam Wallace and John Cross are based where? Both support clubs who would benefit from City's decline.

Sometimes it's hard to know whether a player genuinely wants to come to your club, or whether they are simply using your interest to get a better deal elsewhere. Alexis Sanchez last summer was a very good example of a player who we were in for from day one until pretty much the week he signed for Barcelona. In the end though there was nothing we could do.

Just a quick drop in.

Van Persie's camp are very twitchy and have imposed a deadline of their own over the coming seven days for City to conclude out outgoing business of a striker.

Do not believe the supposed leaks that he does not entertain us, it's bullshit.

He has been holding out for us, but wants this sorted now, one way or another, before he arrives at a final decision.

Laughable to suggest the Van Persie camp have briefed John Cross and co that we are not in this low-ball auction.

Completely detrimental to the entire process. We only have to brief we are out of this auction. RVP will not burn his bridges with ANY club.

We will be back in the next 48 hours to Liverpool for Agger.

Tevez camp telling anyone who wishes to listen that he is staying.

if the tevez bit is anything to go by that is brilliant news...he has been busting a gut in pre season and looks well up for the season ahead with city.

glad Tevez is staying, he's still a twat, but the chemistry between he and Aguero could be completely off the charts with a little more match time.

How like a winter has thy absence been,
From thee now, the pleasure of the dipper's croaking you-tube!
What freezings have I felt, what dark days seen!
What old transfer window's bareness everywhere!
