His contract with River expires in december, so not sure what we are paying for then. Makes very little sense to me to pay 20m for him now, and then loan him out for 6/12 months instead of just signing him in 12 months for free.

They did! Coached by Pep! Ha. Fwiw, I think Dias would be fine under whoever. He's a typical CB. Felix's style is relatively unique to the Premier League. We don't really have a history of false 9s, and I sorta feel he'd need Pep to bring out the best out of him.

He would work really well in the role Sterling sometimes played under Rogers when he played him at the tip of a diamond behind Suarez and sturridge
