Ben Mee, Aaron Lennon, Phil Bardsley, Dale Stephens, Erik Pieters and James Tarkowski are also leaving.

I wonder if Callum Doyle is headed back to Sunderland. If not, I'd like to see him at Burnley. He looks so good already.

Struggled to make the 11 at Sunderland every time I seen he was on the bench. Started well but faded away I think.

A couple of thoughts on this.
1. Why the fuck would City sell to these pricks after last summer unless they will pay above anyone else.
2. They continue to buy these players they are a potential rival so again why sell to them.
3. Why would gabby go where there is just as much composition for forward places as City and no guarantee of game time.

i imagine he has already spoken to city about getting a few on loan.

We can only loan 4 players to them right? Doyle I’d give shout for a loan but no one else is a fit. Kabore and Couto are too good.

Kabore has been linked to Birmingham so not unrealistic to see how Burnley can get him

Doyle and Harwood-Bellis are probably above championship level but they could maybe do with 6 months there, Delap needs first team football

But there has to be assurances, no point in them leaving if they aren't going to get gametime

Not true, he was a shoe in until January when the fact that he was just 16 at the start of the season caught up with him (and a good few of the other players who were also very young). Their form nosedived and the new manager brought in experience to stop the slide.

Agree wholeheartedly on point 1. The fee to Tottenham should be £125M plus the remains of Shergar. Id purposely sell him to Arsenal for £50M just to emphasise the point.
