he`s had a huge return already if they wanted it when they sold shares in the group to China & the Americans? The club is also sustainable and posts profits and its portfolio is growing further and has become the benchmark in the football world.

It's also absolute bollocks. Phillips didn't have a release clause and we paid far less than was being reported.

Alvarez didn't have a release clause and most people would agree we've got him for an absolute bargain price.

It's good we aren't spending for the sake of spending. I'd rather have £200m to spend on the right player next summer than £100m on the wrong one now. Get a LB and we'll be fine.
