I don't think Phillips can be done unless the rumours about the relegation clause are not correct. Otherwise we can't do it as we wouldn't know how much we were paying.

Sterling is not going to Real Madrid. There’s never been a more un-Real Madrid player than Sterling. Mahrez maybe but unlikely because of his age.
Will Real go after Sterling now or Mahrez or both.
