Spurs are a very stingy club doubt they would pay 50m+ for Sterling/Jesus. They would have to tho, to keep Conte happy I’m sure they both are high on his list

We started Mendy in the Charity Shield and against Spurs on the opening day before he’d been formally charged.

Still - there’s absolutely no way the Club would go near any player even under suspicion for sexual assault given the Mendy situation.

Our rep is bad enough as it is - being branded ‘Rapist FC’ is not something they’re going to open themselves up to accusations of.

Right decision too.
