In Steffen I felt we had a good second choice keeper but always felt that there was a 10-15m transfer waiting to happen.

Steffen hasn't got any better with his distribution and the FA cup semi final was not good. If a prem team is offering us a nice profit and Steffen the number one shirt then it makes a lot of sense.

Some maybe didn't like a foreign fan with forthright opinions, others because they could see he would bite.

I mean, if we are talking abrasive, Gus was nothing in comparison to my bro Zin and @SWP's back ;)

I suppose a forum can be expected to have a variety of opinions on the same subject but expressing tone or even irony or humour really needs voice to be fully effective.

Not all of us are thick skinned and sometimes our personal life eg health or more important events than forums take precedence. I am thankful I found it but if it's overall effect was to make me sad or angry I too would leave despite being a City supporter for more years than I care to remember.

I felt his written English was superb, but perhaps some things he got lost in translation, and there were some who seemed to enjoy getting the rise out of him.

I've taken breaks from this place in years gone by when this forum could get to you, and would hope he reconsiders at some point in the future.

We are all Blues, and at least he knew the difference between there and fucking their!!

I wonder why people take abuses that are written in the forum personally. People are different when they type and when they are met on person.
There are better things to do than just get dwell in the forum where anyone can write.

Prob zack looking to be a no.1 for the WC year. Smart move for him, to good to be a #2 but not quite good enough to displace Eddie
 
quick skeet on you tube and he does seem quite a decent goalkeeper. Quite a lot like ederson, he spends alot of time outside the box, likes the ball at his feet and passing looked pretty good long and short? If we can get £15-20m for Zac and this guy on a free then it seems from the few videos i`ve watched no downgrade?

Has excellent reflexes as well. Bayern were snooping in January as competition to Neuer. Could see him compete with Ederson for that first team spot, he's a quality goalkeeper.

Had a few incredible performances.
