It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

Forgiveness can be a powerful weapon; why shouldn’t he be given a second chance? We have nothing to lose as any shenanigans he can go train with the kids until Jan or alternatively he knuckles down and realises he was a tit…
What happens if he remains & isn't selected to play again?

He's had form at Valencia, Inter, Juvé, City AND Bayern & admitted himself he's got psychological issues which emanate when he's not selected to play.

Are we talking a second chance with City, or a fifth chance in football?

No second chances at this level. Show him the door.

People can change. But Cancello is all about himself...he was clearly poisonous in that dressing room.
Clichés only come about because its what happens most of the time....not all...but most.
Redemption is for people who have made mistakes in their lives where it matters. A multimillionaire footballer acting like a spoilt brat cause he wasn't playing as much as he thought he should be, going against the beliefs of the best manager in the world bar none who has a right to say what is best for the team in any given moment, because of just ego doesn't fall into that category.
People who commit crimes out of necessity deserve the chance of redemption...people who commit crimes cause they want to dont
Wait, now Cancelo committed a crime? He acted like an asshole. If that was a crime there'd be more people incarcerated than not. One can want him out of here, but let's not get crazy...

And this is why ladies and gentleman the club sticks to its methodology of walking away from deals when they prove to be too high, else we get taken for mugs like United are.

€75M for a 20 year old nobody who has a return of just 9 goals. Crazy.

Absolutely ridiculous. How the fuck could someone pay that amount for this kid at this point in his career?

Difference is, we're not going for a 21 year old nobody defender, are we? Using this as some king of justification for walking away from Gvardiol is silly.

Maybe we need a poll, which of the 3 we should keep. My vote as things stand would probably be for Bobb.
If we bring in a wide man, which IMO we will, 3 of Palmer, Perrone, McAtee, or Bobb will go out. Gvardiol will come in, Laporte or Walker will go and we'll roll with 23 again...
