Guys, there is zero chance that City will do any business with Qatari-owned PSG at the moment. Barcelona shirts are banned in Saudi Arabia, because of the Qatari sponsorship. The idea that a member of the Emirati royal family would be seen to be doing business with the Qatari ruling family right now is ludicrous.

You need to understand that these countries are not like the UK or European states. These countries have a tribal mentality. It would be nothing short of a national embarrassment if Mansour was to be associated with business deals with Qatar at this time. Likewise for the Qataris.

Tolmie's Paris hint was almost certainly referring to Mendy, who was in Paris at the time.
 
To be fair there's rarely much transfer news at the weekend. A bit of speculation in the Sunday papers but rarely any actual deals. Hopefully a few things will get done this week and next.
 
Hopefully with Tolmies prediction that there will be movement by Tuesday, we'll see a deal or two come to fruition. Would personally love Walker and Bertrand in there now and then we (aka myself) start to relax as most (not all) of our pieces will be in place by then. Plus having two hg players in early will allow us to see how the market unfolds knowing what we have currently will be a great f"cking start and anything that comes across that is a good deal we can do. So looking forward to this year!!
