Don’t think it’s a bluff - been stated many times we will pay market value but won’t pay stupid amounts - maguire, Sanchez good examples.

Either it happens at our top offer or we will move on to option two or theee

Err that’s what I mean calling there bluff regarding the fee either drop to where we are or we move on.

Haven't watched a lot of Carlos. What do you think are the reasons for him conceding 3 pens in Europa? If he is a fast CB and still conceding pens, I would be worried about his instinct and intelligence.

I suspect Pep looks at him and believes he can coach the errors out of him, he can coach this but can't coach pace.

He must see some thing in him,

Asked a Sevilla fan about Diego Carlos whats he like as a player he listed what hes good at and what his weaknesses are

Indirect set-piece threat incredible for us when it comes to set pieces, always is a threat during a corner or free kick

Likes to play long balls does this alot to find Ocampos and Navas, launches attacks from out of our defence

Plays the ball out of the back often very composed with playing out from the back

really good defending one on one clears the ball out of defence, proper leader at the back for us

Commits fouls often as you saw gave penalties away in the europa league, he can be composed but gives fouls away when teams break against us.

Very fast for a CB, but since hes fast believes he can lunge in often, wins the ball alot but as you can see from the europa league he can mistime them.

If he joins city i think he'll be good for you, maybe Pep can coach the fouls out of him, im okay with him going if he does, Kounde is the better player and will be world class.

I must admit to being a little concerned at the lack of movement on Koulibaly, City are absolutely adamant they aren't paying the money quoted.

We must surely have a back up at this late stage. We were linked to the lad at Sevilla previously, and Upemecano would be surely easier with Angelino in the equation?

Also no chatter on another striker, still expect Messi late offer.
As always, thanks for the update Tolm. Re Messi late bid, is this your gut feel or something passed on to you?

What are we doing this window? 13 days until premier league starts and no Koulibaly, Stones, Otamendi and Zinch are still here and we can’t get money from Leipzig for Angelino.

We have time before the window shuts I thinking getting rid may be the much harder part

the reason it’s been so quiet recently isn’t because of the whole Messi saga , as previously posted we need to get rid off some dead wood to bring in new players , But The pandemic Hasn’t helped , other clubs just simply don’t have as much funds as normal . however good news I’ve been informed, Angelino, Garcia and Otamendi Are all close to being sold , stones is set to stay , Koulibaly is very close just the bonuses which need sorting , the reason this has dragged on is because city and Napoli aren’t talking it’s going through his agent and the amount of people involved , also Napoli have moved the goal posts so many times , I’m suprised city haven’t walked away but he has been the number one target since day one . I can see city never dealing with Napoli again after this , Pep has agreed an extension , not sure Why there Delaying the announcement..

Liam Delap to be promoted but Martinez at inter is the striker we want !
That’s all I know at the moment folks , passing on in good faith

Thanks for the update. Really good to read an ITK
just calling it exactly as it is in terms of incomings and outgoings.

The lad at Seville looked like a younger version of Otamendi. Genuinely hope he isn’t the one we go for.

Besides defence and Torres its largely going with what we had last season.

Without a player like Fernandinho in midfield we wont be winning the league.

Him missing in midfield last season was a bigger miss than Laporte.
