We will have to convince a top CB tobe 3rd ok list and behind Stone Dias. Surely there would be enough minutes for 3rd CB given our schedule so that maye not be problem. If Stones make one error at EURO his confidence as will see will go down. Ideally we shouldn't be entering into CB market but if Laporte doesn't have a fight in him then we have to consider selling but a lt premium price €70m.

I’d still like Kounde to be the one to replace Laporte, if he leaves.
His release clause is €45m and he had a great season with Villareal, won Europa and was excellent in the final vs rags. If someone is bold enough to give us £70-80m for Laporte then I'd take him.
Don't actually see I'm Eric leaving though. Lots of unhappy players stay and fight for a place

What I'm enjoying is that these chancers would have us believe that after winning the league, the League Cup, getting to the final of the CL and the semi-final of the FA cup and after our players winning the player of the year and young player of the year, all our players are unhappy and want to leave.
Meanwhile, at united and liverpool, both of which finished the season completely and utterly bereft of anything resembling a trophy or individual award, all their players are happy and contented.
To me, this means that, either our players are driven serial winners who want to play every game whilst theirs are also-rans happy to play for the cash or these cocks are making stuff up about City. I suppose it could be both.
