I'd have assumed a circa 20m transfer, that. If they are looking for 'substantially more' than 22m then probably better value out there. Or, keep Ferna another year.

I wasn’t sure either, till I read @BillyShears post about his previous club being Belgian and that’s where these stories seem to have come from, so them being alerted to a possible upcoming sell-on could be the source of this.

Very quiet on Ferna front. My guess there’s been no offer to him. Yet.

The question is does Ferna still want to extend as well? Maybe he'd like to go back home to Brazil, or be on Pep's staff?

Took his hamstring clean off the bone at the start of the season, surgery after. Wouldn't touch him anytime soon tbh even if we do think he's got the ability.

Given that injury and the fact he hasn't played again yet, I'd be surprised if anybody takes him until he's got a complete season under his belt.

I didn't know about his injury, but I remember thinking he looked quality last year, maybe his injury has caused sheff utds problems, we would have to speak to a sheff utd fan to see if they think he would of made a difference
