I love marzipan, in fact I’ve a bar of dark chocolate with a marzipan centre. I think I’ll just get it out now and eat it very slowly, just so I can savour the sweetness alongside the bitterness of the chocolate!

Most of the team, apart from the spine of it, will be rotated. Players have to decide whether they want to play more game and win less medals or collect silverware and play less games. Given that City played 61 competitive fixtures last season and could play just as many next, lots of City players can play what amounts to a sensible number in terms of wear and tear on their bodies without even being one of the best XI (if that even exists).

That's the choice Bernie and others have to make and if they are not happy, they should leave.

Totally agree, but players aren’t stupid, they can sense from the players being linked, and I’m pretty sure they will have a good idea which rumours are true, that their game time will be impacted, so they have a decision to make. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if Pep has open and honest discussions with his squad so they can make informed decisions regarding their future.

Not yet, but we do have a crap chairman that waffles, a German international who is old and leggy , a crap manager and our stadium is crumbling, apart from that all is good.
 
With the exception of one single throwaway line from Sam Lee, has there actually been any original reporting on Bernardo apparently being unhappy?

He energy levels were incredible and filled so many gaps.

Pep was able to get the team back on track once he brought Foden and Bernie into the equation.

He is the player that generally filled the gap when others went roaming.

some hit or miss sources claiming he may be unhappy and looking to leave nothing very reliable
