40m for Silva, 70 odd on Grealish = 110m or one Harry Kane for 100m+.

Perhaps that is a consideration....

Not a chance of getting Kane for only 100m. No way. Easily over 120m up front, I doubt anyone will pull off anything better than that.

With money tight for every club in Europe wont it be better for buying clubs to say have a 1 year loan deal with a club and a must buy for a fee both clubs agree with at the end of that loan. It’s a get around for player movements across premier and Europe maybe?…

Everyone has different opinions. Yes he had a big say in the success this season he also was one of the big reasons for the poor form at the beginning. especially the axis of Rodri,Gundo,Kevin. This is why i believe pep reverted to the false 9. But if the false 9 isn't something that's going to stay then the thought of that trio makes me nervous.
He has had a huge impact on this club the moment he arrived, and let's not forget he was Pep's first signing, a player he insisted the club bought, despite the fact he was carrying a very serious knee problem that did indeed meant he missed a season with us.

Class man, class footballer and a credit to himself and the club.

No doubting his contribution at this stage nor his professionalism, however i believe going forward we could go to higher levels without him. But that's just my opinion. Some will disagree some will agree. I respect both sides.

He can but it's not the same as having that searing pace out wide.

Do you think Sterling is searing pace though, bud?

I think he is rapid over the first three or four yards when he stands a man up, or because of his intelligence to see the run.

After that, I am always seeing a player who cannot run away in a sustained sprint, like Foden.

If anything, I think he over rotates, panics at being caught, another reason why he maybe falls on top of the ball looking for the foul or wanting to cut back inside too early on to his favoured right foot.

Realistically who would want to or be in a position to buy him this season?

I keep reading Arsenal, wages maybe ok, but transfer fee lol and would be want to go there? or does he like Arteta and would be willing?
Its a tough situation for the club. Can we not show arsenal his 2018/19 clips and ignore this season? ;)

Arsenal have a few decent players we could take in exchange. Saka looks the part.

Arteta might be able to get a tune out of Raz. Like TH was saying...what are sterling’s intentions over the next few years? Win trophies? Make more money?

I always thought he wanted to go to Madrid but Is that possible based on form and fee?

He runs like a fanny and has the ball striking technic of an ostrich but when on form he sends most defenders into panic mode, mostly because they like Sterling simply don't know what he is going to do, he is unreadable.
