Speaking to a few Blues who sit near me they think we had a chance to go for the jugular and make a statement we have yet again given the others hope of catching up I like Torres movement but him and Delap as main strikers doesn’t seem enough throw into the mix crowds back I think it will come back to haunt us not getting a striker hope I’m wrong.

Looks like we’re just gonna have to soldier on with the same management team that delivered the first ever domestic treble and a squad that was being talked about as winning a quadruple in April. We lost our best striker who was barely playing anyway due to injuries and got in an exciting attacking talent.

FFs City!
Unacceptable
Heads must roll

no one underrates city more than city fans haha
Haha you might be right. I think most of us knows we have a team that can beat anyone. But many (me included) feel disappointed this transfer window because of what Khaldoon said in his end of the season interview. We were being told that we would replace Agüero and that now was the time to make a statement and be "creative" on the transfer market. Instead its 2 of our biggest rivals in the league that have signed a world class striker, when our club failed to do so.. We could still win any competition we are in, but today I feel like its less likely we will win the league than what I thought when last season ended. In my book, we have gone from being big favorites to win, to being small favorites. With everything that was said would happen, its hard not to see that as a huge failure.

What!!!

City have won 3 out of 4 league titles.

Liverpool 1 in 30
United 2013
Chelsea 2017

It will do us no harm being the underdog. Wouldn’t want the players to get complacent.

We go with what we have. If it’s not enough then so be it. Stop crying.
I don’t think you understood my post. I said that part of me thinks we’ll walk the league and we’ll have Pep to thank.

not sure why you replied with those stats, I’m fully aware that we’re the best club in the land, and someone’s chopping onions near me so I can hardly help the tears.

Chelsea’s failure to get Kounde is a reminder that even Marina can be incompetent sometimes too...

Utterly outstanding post.
Nobody in the World could have done what they've done.

It was a gentle reminder that City is a very successful football club who have won a shit ton of trophies with the same board you called “negligent”. It’s doesn’t add up.
