Dont get me wrong, I’m very positive about city this season. That’s why I said I a part of me thinks we’ll walk the league, despite not replacing Aguero, which any sane person would also see that it was a pressing concern.
I agree about not letting players leave, I didn’t mean that our owners have neglected the club, I love our club from top to bottom.

The point is, there are areas within our team that needed strengthening which a team who were so close to winning their first champions league last season should have addressed. Chelsea had less holes than us, and they have fixed those holes brilliantly.

I do have a sneaky feeling that Torres may get 25 goals this season though, so I may be conceding next summer that we don’t need a 9. Fingers crossed hey!

Absolutely, part of the business, but letting it go until the last day to fail, and a gettable target... it’s something they could have sealed. But it does happen. No one is perfect

If you look at the transfer window with goals that were set of getting an Aguero replacement and the goal of the window was that then it’s a massive failure

but then on the other hand we have just signed a future mega star and a player that will be our David Silva replacement I believe that, in Grealish who just gets you out of your seat when he’s on the ball. I think he has the potential to be top 3 players in our team. Possibly the league as well.

overall I’d give it a 6/10 we have improved the squad, but striker is lacking and hope it won’t come back to bite us in the arse.

won’t be over confident and say we will win the league. We will challenge but the league is a lot more competitive this year. So it will be tough.

The problem is that nobody can afford anybody, but clubs still need to free up wages and get players off of the books.

It's a compromise.
 
Did we ever find out who we have supposedly agreed a massive deal for in January according to the poster yesterday?
