Jack Grealish

You can't say Pep "got it wrong" when you are talking about signings he never even made.
You can't blame Pep for a player's bad form under another manager.
Okay, Bravo and Nolito weren't great. Mendy still looks like a flop. But that's it really.

I'd be willing to bet that either of Evans/Maguire, plus Sanchez, Jorginho, and Fred for that matter, would all have been good under Pep. Certainly better than they have been elsewhere. In Pep I trust.
They would of done better under Pep but they wouldn't match their fees or wages they went for or they are currently on.

£100m is a ridiculous valuation for Grealish.
F...ing hell, did you skip over this from THE LAST PAGE?

100 million probably not up front most probably 80 mil up front, 20 mil in addons. For a special talent only 25 will sign on a 5 year or 6 year deal whats not to like? put your personal opinions of Grealish the person out of the way, look at him as a footballer hes probably up there as one of the best talents in the premier league right now. Hes chasing KDB numbers this season.

He isn't that special. Same with Mahrez (although he is still a useful player to have around and has previous of winning a League at another club)

I still remember the Walker thread what people wrote there that he was such a shitty player xd. Grealish is fucking good because he's also a very direct player like KDB, he always looks at how he can create a situation, he's not an alibi player at least what I’ve seen from him so far, he is also a risk-taking player like KDB which is good.

I said a while back that I think something has happened behind the scenes with Grealish, as in he's had a bust up because us or someone is in for him and villa have set his fee too high.
Personally I think he's gone on strike and villa are stuck between a rock and a hard place, do they throw the book at him, expose his misdemeanours and run the risk of getting a lower fee or do they all agree to disagree and keep the peace so that they get a bigger fee.
It's obvious he wants out, I'm hedging my bets and saying he won't play for villa again this season.
Watch this space.

Villa will want top money. Same with Dortmund and Haaland

Course they will , but it doesn't mean that they will get it.

If City are interested and Grealish wants to sign for us, a compromise will be found which suits both parties .

It's the way transfers are conducted but you are making suppositions without evidence inho.

True but Villa can afford to sit it out for another season if no team meets their valuation imo. Same with Dortmund
