Pep rotates his team and Grealish is like buying two players. He becomes the 4th wide player and the 4th attacking mid. Not necessarily in the pecking order, but it gives us more depth. He's also English which is good for the quota.

I would get him not only because he would fit out team, but because he would likely be going to United if not here, and would improve their team a lot. Same with Haaland — we can’t afford to lose him to Chelsea.
