I hope you are using that gif based on your belief that season 1 of True Detective is must-see television. So so good.

This life as you now live it and have lived it, you will have to live once more and innumerable times more; and there will be nothing new in it, but every pain and every joy and every thought and sigh and everything unutterably small or great in your life will have to return to you, all in the same succession and sequence.

Everything straight lies. All truth is crooked, time itself is a circle.

God bless you, and may someone keep you safe and warm.

Try looking at it on a personal level rather than just a football one.
If Bernardo is unhappy and wants to leave, why not let him.
Just so. B. Silva is unhappy at City - he apparently feels out-of-sorts in Manchester City - it seems to be a cultural/language thing. B. Silva is unhappy (not with the club but with his personal life) and wants to leave accordingly.

As gifted as he is - we'd be foolish to keep him against his wishes.

Anyhow, Grealish is class - and given the opening created by the departure of B. Silva - it's a no-brainer to sign him if at all possible.

Just shows that the people running the club think more about welfare of a player rather than money, pity that some people on here can't see that.

Moreso... keeping a player against his will just creates problems. The player is going to be unhappy. This will affect his performance. And - although I don't think that B. Silva would do so - the potential for dressing room drama is obvious. The unhappy player will express his dissatisfaction to others and to the extent that they sympathise or are facing similar circumstances - an anti-management clique may form.

Can't see anybody associated with the club, fans, management and players wanting Bernardo to leave but if is the best for him then so be it.
