Yeah bit surely you accept after watching football all your life that contract and when they were signed and for how longean pretty much nowt if clubs and players are willing to do deals.

In fact with such speculation all last season that he was wanted by other clubs signing a new long term contract is natural when you are a fan of your club, means if you are sold the next year the club you love will make more money to invest on strengthening.

He could well stay at villa and if he does fair fucks to him, he could sign for us or someone else either way his 5 year contract doesn't prove what he will do either way

Plenty of times over the years players have signed a deal and been gone a season later. A case of “you can go but do us a favour and sign this so we get more brass for you”.

I don’t condone diving by anyone mate. The pen we didn’t get for the foul on Kane balanced the Sterling decision though. Grealish never seems to beat anyone just ends up looking for contact.
