Firstly, most City fans I know and reading this forum, are grounded, have lived through the bad years and certaily do not display excessive pride or over-confidence as you suggest.
Secondly, you join a month ago to clearly gauge our perspective on Jack. We are allowed to discuss potential transfers as that is why we have a forum. I am sure you have similar discussions on your forum which frankly I have no interest in.
Thirdly. I always liked Villa. And yes ,you have a great history. However,after the disgraceful behaviour of many of your fans at Wembley, I lost any warm feelings I had for your club.
Fourthly.You have made your point that Jack is staying at Villa. If you were that confident you would not be posting on this site for sure.

I always feel like it's a matter of time whenever I see a new poster who supports another club.

Even if they start off well meaning, it's just never going to last. Never really understood why you'd go on another club's forum other than for a bit of a giggle.

I've never enjoyed Villa fans. You've always been cunts.

Your club's one redeeming quality is you've always bent over and sold your best players when actual big clubs come calling. Thanks for that.

just to add, hubris is an excellent word, one I thought beyond a brunmie ****.. the internet found its way to the midlands at last, you’ll be wearing rockports next!

I think hubris was a term regularly used by Hartley Hare in the popular kiddies Tv show Pipkins.... during the 70's.
