Lad got physically assaulted in the Birmingham derby and his only retaliation was sticking it in the City net. He’ll excel with us.
Exactly. Perfect big game temperamentLad got physically assaulted in the Birmingham derby and his only retaliation was sticking it in the City net. He’ll excel with us.

True, and, given our style and approach, there are none better than this lad, hence why we are allegedly balls deep.Just a thought, if we don't sign a striker because of the prohibitive cost this Summer window, then we will definitely need another attacking midfielder if we continue with the false 9 system.
It’s also similar to the situation when we signed Mahrez; we looked then to be set comfortable in terms of wide players, yet players move on and systems develop.True, and, given our style and approach, there are none better than this lad, hence why we are allegedly balls deep.
You can never have enough good players, the issue is keeping them content. It’s also similar to the situation when we signed Mahrez; we looked then to be set comfortable in terms of wide players, yet players move on and systems develop.
What do I do if I’m on the fence?Right I've had to move a load of posts as this thread was becoming a disaster.
4 things to mention before this thread continues:
1) People are allowed to say they don't want Jack Grealish, it's an opinion.
2) The people who don't want Jack Grealish don't keep saying it every 2 or 3 posts.
3) Points 1 and 2 also apply to people that want Jack Grealish.
4) Discuss Jack Grealish by all means and where he would or wouldn't fit into the team but don't start abusing each other if you don't agree with each other.
The transfer window hasn't even opened yet and some of the transfer threads are already getting very tedious .
Sit on it!What do I do if I’m on the fence?
Spot onIt’s also similar to the situation when we signed Mahrez; we looked then to be set comfortable in terms of wide players, yet players move on and systems develop.
It’s also another reason why I just cannot see us breaking our pattern to buy an extremely expensive striker. If we lose to Chelsea in the CL, we might do that if it’s evident that one striker would have made the difference, but even then it’s unlikely. We’ve stuck to our plan and added pieces slowly and carefully; we’re playing the long game and it appears to be working. Wouldn’t surprise me if Grealish was the only signing we made this summer. We’d always like more, of course, but we’ll see.Spot on
Who would have thought we would have moved on so well since
Yaya
Vinny

Grealish plus 1 striker would be an excellent transfer window but I trust our owners and they know what they are doing. Check what Rays opinion is today and choose the other side ;)What do I do if I’m on the fence?
That is a very good point. There were even articles in newspapers from Redshirt client journalists pissing and moaning that we had signed another team’s best player when we “didn’t even need him”It’s also similar to the situation when we signed Mahrez; we looked then to be set comfortable in terms of wide players, yet players move on and systems develop.
