He’s a very good looking lad.
This I don't get. He looks like a walking STD.
Those calves are sexy as fuck though.

Most fouled, most carries into the box....he nay produce for us, I've not voted in the poll as I'm undecided but bear in mind his figures are what they are as everything they do goes through him.According to a Villa forum I was reading, Grealish finished the season with the most ball carries into the box, in spite of having missed 12 games through injury:
1. Jack Grealish - 80
2. Raheem Sterling - 62
3. Marcus Rashford - 61
4. Adama Traoré - 60
5. Timo Werner - 57
Villa apparently averaged 1.65 points per game when he played, but averaged only 1 point per game when he was sidelined.
They would obviously be loathed to lose him.
Sense. With Ferna staying we’re not going to be moving Gundo to 6. So numbers wise it’s very complicated for Pep already. False 9 has essentially allowed him to keep the myriad of attacking mids we have almost happy.
Provided we sign a 9 who will start most games then we go back to having not 1 but 2 senior players on the bench most games. If they want to do that and sign Grealish they’ll have to sell one of Bernardo Sterling or Mahrez, because none of them are going to accept less playing time than they’ve had this season.
For me I just don’t see that happening right now. I think the squad as it stands is better than anyone else’s in world football. You add a 9 and like Kane and it’s absolute jokes. I’m also reminded of that old Ferguson quote about the cow in the next field always being prettier than the cow in your field. I can rate Grealish, as can the club, and still not to sign him because it’s a position we’re already so stocked in.

Why not both? Kane lined to replace Kun. Grealish understudies to Gundogan and KDB. If we played Kane in our strongest side then one of KDB, Gundogan, Bernardo drops out.
We’ll have played 61 games this season. That means an enormous amount of football for those 3. We’ve been relatively lucky that we were missing KDB and Gundogan for about 10 matches each..
As KDB, Bernardo & Gundogan plus Foden have had to play together regularly when we rest players our midfield suffers heavily. As in the FA Cup Semi and the home matches against Leeds and Chelsea.
Add Grealish into that squad we will get more out of our midfielders as they’ll get more rest.
Billy’s not wrong. If Grealish arrives then one of those leaves.Sense.
I don’t think some are trying to convince you of that. But from what I understand of the situation, things still aren’t warm and cuddly between one of them and Pep following the dressing room argument that was had after the Derby. And Pep can be fairly stubborn. Now my source for that is one for gossip and hyperbole and loves to tell a story. But it wouldn’t shock me totally. No one will convince me that Pep will add Grealish to those ranks without one of Mahrez Bernardo or Raz leaving.
I get the sense, someone hasn't told Grealish the entire truth or the representation he has is truly awful, but given it's Barnett it can't be that bad, I feel someone has told him half the truth, which is City like him, and admire him, but have failed to told him that they feel they have enough in that position and aren't going to pay an astronomical sum for a player who isn't a necessity.

I don’t think it would be solely because of that no. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Pep doesn’t believe in him like he used to. He’s already spoken that it’s “not his job to give players confidence”. That for me was a not so subtle dig at the theory that Raheem is a “confidence player”.The market isn’t a normal one this summer and that makes it almost impossible to réalisé value IMO. Sterling won’t get the contract he’s CURRENTLY on at City anywhere else in Europe. That’s the issue with all big PL deals. Liverpool would love to sell one of Mane or Salah but they know it’s a non starter too for the same reasons.
On top of that Sterling isn’t a player the club will ever readily sell. We’re not Liverpool and we don’t sell our best players for money. The question of his footballing value is only a question because he’s got two years left on his current deal and City want him to sign a new one. From what I understand talks are on going via his lawyer and Roc Nation who are “helping” with his business stuff.
The Pep side is interesting. Guardiola definitely has the power to override anyone at the club and sell a player including Raz. But after all the goals he’s scored and all the minutes (more than any other attacker) that he’s played since Pep came in, do you really in your heart of hearts believe that he’ll decide because Sterling challenged his rotation once (something others have done way more publicly) he’ll demand that the club sell him? I’m not convinced at all ...
For good reason. United used to do this and Spain’s top two do it all the time. Same with Bayern. You basically put a marker down, tell him how much you like him and see if that’ll keep him waiting if you’re not sure. Grealish will wait. No one else is getting him out of Villa IMO this summer.
Most definitely, but when reality does hit, does Grealish feel he has been lied to and mislead? and does he see an offer from Chelsea as his best path forward, keep in mind he must be seeing what's happening to Kane at Spurs he consistently spurned moves to stay at his boyhood club, and now he's desperate. Does Grealish want to be there 2 years down the line at 28?

Anyway, I’d much rather Sterling regained his ability to find the net and not choke and I, like you, have no idea what will happen. But the main thing is that City are the one in the driving seat.
The MEN gave Sterling the lowest mark in that game, and Silva never played. Sterling was benched for the following Southampton game, the other two played, and then he was left out entirely for a game. I’ll take off my deerstalker and put down my magnifying glass for now, but if Sterling wants help finding his form, I’m open for consultations.I don’t think some are trying to convince you of that. True, but there's not a huge incentive for him to sign an extension on the same wages in that case. He'd be far better off personally just staying on his current deal and negotiating next year when the economic situation has picked up. Assuming he trusts himself to get his form back next season, he'd be in a far stronger position next summer. The market isn’t a normal one this summer and that makes it almost impossible to réalisé value IMO. I dont think there are many that believe that, but as fans is that our concern?Surprised people think that if Kane and Grealish come, that we can keep the squad satisfied without outgoings.
