To me it’s clear the grealish deal is done (but in both parties interest to delay)
But for villa to be so serious about smith Rowe the lad must want to go there otherwise why bid so heavy. Arsenal can’t let the lad leave though as it just shows no ambition to the fans
Also looks like villa want to buy him before they sell grealish otherwise arsenal will hold out for more money
