Jack Rodwell

Fuck sake some of the people on here....

Give the lad a fucking chance. He isn't another injury prone player who will sit on his arse and go get pissed every night he has changed pretty much everything in his lifestyle from the car he drives to the fucking pillow he sleeps on to overcome his injuries and the last thing the poor lad needs is you twats getting on his case saying what a waste of money he is. Maybe it's time you learnt to support the players instead of look for any excuse to attack them.

This nonsense is typical of the holier than thou types on here who aren't prepared to call a spade a spade

Nobody's glad the lad got injured and everybody hopes he recovers but this latest recurrence merely reinforces the belief that Everton raped us on this deal when every man and his dog (except B Marwood) had Rodwell down as an injury prone risk.

Do you really think the club didn't know about his injury history? Of course they knew about it but they have taken a chance on the lad because he has amazing potential and could very well overcome his injuries and become a great player for us. It might pay off it might not but he's a City player now so theres no point in bitching about it.

The kid is 21! he's gone though a growth spurt in recent years and it takes its toll on the body when ur playing in the PL from the age of 18. After reading what the lad has done for his injuries, moving house closer to the training ground, changing his car to a higher more comfortable driving position, doing yoga, staying 1h30m after training for extra work, changing his bed and pillow....do some of you not have any sympathy??? Plus has a player's career ever been ended from bad hamstrings at the age of 21? dodgy ligaments, maybe but are you not excited about his potential in the next 5 years after his displays in the last couple of games? Id had signed him even if i knew these injuries would carry on through the next 2 seasons because he will eventually be a top top player, anyone should be able to see that. But then again some small minded people want instant success from a 21 year old and expect them to be conquering the world every week. These people are a waste of blood and organs and dont understand football

Are you seriously suggesting that its ok to spend what we did and accept that the lad cant play due to an injury record that was poor before he even signed?Fuck me,lets get Crocky back as well.
Feel sorry for the lad but we should not be signing players with poor injury records, end of.

You Sir for want of a better word as im struggling to find it right now are a fucking clueless clown

Mancini wanted Rodwell and we bought him 12 months early to make sure we had him

Why is buying a potential world class midfielder who has hamstring problems any different from buying a world class 28 year old who snaps his hamstring in the first game?

Football is a physical game, players get injured. Every signing is a risk
