Andy Hinchcliffe and Paul Stewart from bygone days of yore

I’m sure Paul Stewart was a blue growing up. Went to school in Northern Moor.

Hinchcliffe went to William Hulme and was from Sale and I believe he was neither red nor blue and had no real affiliation to either but then became blue through playing with Blue Star and the city youth teams.

Doyle was from Reddish. Reddish North End (junior teams I think) play at the Mike Doyle Centre in the estate where he used to live.

I thought Doyle was brought up in Cheshire and played for Sandbach junior teams and Glyn Pardoe was from Winsford next of the woods I think? Mike Doyle was from Sale was he not?

Harwood Bellis is from Stockport, did he play for Reddish North End?

Tbh, I think he'd rather leave now and leave us looking good for the future than in a few years with a slot of our best players the bad side of 30, like Ferguson did.

Maybe, and if he wanted to, he’s earned the right to do what he wants. But he’s still young and I imagine he’s not done yet. Also helps we’re one of the best ran teams in the world, and not, you know, the scum from Stretford.
