James Milner

I feel ambivalent towards him really.

Fantastic professional, great sense of humour , tough as old boots et al.

No doubt he ran his contract down on purpose. Nothing wrong with that James but hold your fuckin hand up son.

Didn't like him celebrating his goal one bit and some of his comments since then have been borderline disrespectful.

I for one hope we get right behind Raz tomorrow.

I've no problem with the way Milner left us. He managed to manipulate the situation to earn himself the maximum money he could, fair play to him! City have been stupid when buying and selling players and short changed themselves or overspent hugely (we let Nigel de Jong go for £4m when he'd just been Holland's best player in the Euros and we could have got £10m more than that for him which was fucking ridiculous; look at the money we spent on Mangala, he was a £15m player any day of the week) so the £15m we could have got for Milner means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. Milner ran down his contract but it was a contract he honoured, he never broke it or any terms in it. Big deal!

I really don't care that he celebrated his goal against us. In fact I hate it when players don't celebrate goals against their old clubs, it's false respect. I don't feel any sense in pride in an ex player if they don't celebrate a goal against us for their new club. Get fucking celebrating for your new set of fans you sad ****s!

However, there's no need for his silly little soundbites about us. He comes across as bitter. But it doesn't surprise me with Liverpool Football Cult, they are a fucking horrible bitter weird club for deluded people. The way they came out and said things about Sterling when Sterling acted with grace and humility when he wanted to leave them, he simply wanted to leave them to win trophies and earn himself more money - absolutely nowt up with that - yet the morons from Klu Klux KlAnfield made up stories about him saying he would refuse to play for them. Twats!

Milner was a good untility player for us who contributed a great deal to some huge wins and trophies - a Bayern away win, a United away win, a Liverpool home win and many other big games he was MOTM (and brilliant in the 1-6!) - and he should be proud of that and should realise that they will be the best years of his career and the only trophies he'll ever win.

Milner keep yer cake hole shut and just get on with playing for your weird cult of a club and I'll be happy with you!

Annoys me that we made ourselves look amateurish begging him to stay and offering him ridiculous money for his average talents. My mate was privy to a bust up between Milner and Lee Jackson, Milner was shouting in the service tunnel blaming the pitch for the defeat against CSKA Moscow, Jackson appeared and ripped into Milner telling him that Moscow found it all right and telling Milner to fuck off.

Centre mid, your havin a laugh. Didnt mind him whilst he was playing for us and wanted his to sign a new contract but since he left he's become a joke. Little digs at city. No need for it.

There will be a lot of scousers pissed off with Milners version of events especially as they all know the dippers won the league in April, they got the t shirts & parades as proof ;-)

I know I've spoken before on this, but I really can't understand how some people can defend him. Him seeing out his contract didn't bother me. He's entitled to do that, and he gave 100% until the day he left.
Lying about his reasons for leaving left a sour taste, but nothing more. He's human, and humans are greedy liars.
I don't even mind when players celebrate goals against their former clubs either. It shows passion and a desire to win. A quality we want in every player who plays for our club.
However, you have to bear in mind that he refused to celebrate when he scored for us against his former club Villa. Fair enough, but when he scored against us, he didn't just celebrate, he imitated a celebration of Yaya scoring. He didn't just celebrate scoring for his new club. he rubbed every fuckers nose from his former club into the dirt. Fans who had cheered him and supported him, fans who begged the club not to let him go, fans who begged him not to go. He thought fuck it, ave this.
He's a ****, a bitter, horrible fucking ****.
I don't even care about his latest comments, they are just typical Scouse media propaganda. But his actions that day, against a club who rescued him from mediocrity and gave him the only medals he is ever likely to win were a big fuck you to every single Blue who has paid to watch him play.
Fuck Milner, the horrible greedy, big chinned, bitter ****, and fuck his apologists too.
