He's either home grown or he doesn't use a squad spot as u21,either way he can replace Boyata without affecting our squad spots.

No, you don't have to fill any particular slots first. Such numbers can make this 30m academy players' pricetag seem real. Btw, transfermarkt isn't always correct, especially when it comes to young players.
