Close a ridiculous thread.

Please read my original post. I was not suggesting that City sign him just that I was curious about how he would do in the Premier League if he signed for Fulham who were showing interest in getting him on a free.Fucking hell, really??

Forgotten by you, perhaps, but he’s had four solid seasons at Lyon, sometimes captained be the side, and he remains a regular in the international team. Expect him to find a team in the Premiership.
I still think of it as Division 1…Paddy Power sends Jamie Redknapp on latest mission – to grill people who still say Premiership

I watched him at Celtic partnering VVD and despite what people say now, he wasn't that far behind him. I thought he was an excellent prospect.
If true, that’s a shame. Like you, I wish him all the best.Jason and VVD are close mates. I was told, by someone I would consider to be a very credible source, that JD's treatment by City (broken promises, not sending Mangala out on loan, etc) was a major factor in VVD opting for a move to Liverpool rather than City.
City definitely stalled Denayer's development. Whether he'd have made it at City, we'll never know, but I have no doubt whatsoever that he was an infinitely better prospect than Mangala.
Good luck to the lad wherever he ends up.
