Jason Denayer

Most people probably most closely associate him with Hal Robson-Kanu's goal at the Euros against Belgium, which I've always found grossly unfair since there were two defenders looking after him and Denayer was nowhere near it. But the co-commentator spat out some bullshit about Denayer being sent for a hot dog and everyone bought into it.

He was captaining Lyon a few years ago. Surely he's better than the likes of Tim Ream.

Kicking someone in the head, while on the ground, doesn't tick that box for you??
We all make mistakes, we all do idiotic stuff, Denayer is no exception, he learnt from it and moved on, not seen anything to suggest it has become a recuring problem.

Some of our present players have also done some bad things, Walker, Foden , Grealish all got up to serious offences, but again it appears they learnt from it and moved on, are they cunts as well?

You cant excuse such an act by comparing it to far more trivial incidents.

Kicking someone in the head isnt 'making a mistake'....... it's fucking despicable and dangerous in the extreme......Its unacceptable and inexcusable behaviour that can alter the victims future.

That's why i justifiably label him a ****,and i'm gobsmacked you or anyone else could think different.

Tyrone Mings has stamped on multiple heads and nobody gives a shit. We turn a blind eye when they're not a blaady forenerrrr.

And to be fair, Grealish's drink-driving is not a far more trivial incident. In both cases someone could have been killed, only Grealish had the time to think about it before he did it.

What on earth has Tyrone Mings got to do with anything?

I can't believe you are still trying to defend this. Shite player with an attitude problem. Why on earth has he got a thread on here.

People are asking why hes not found a club, you don't have to look far to find out why do you.

As far as I'm concerned, if anyone deserves to be called a c*nt it's someone who thinks that they can judge someone on the basis of a single incident they actually know nothing about.

Jason really isn't a bad guy.

Last I heard on a Euro football podcast he's got several offers from Villa, Valencia and some clubs in the middle east and was waiting to see if a bigger move materialised. He left Lyon despite them offering him a contract.

I'm sure he regrets kicking the man in the head, but IIRC the man assaulted his friend in the street and the police found Denayer had done nothing wrong.

It's very odd that people think that's worse than Grealish's multiple drink driving offences. Drunkenly driving 100mph down the M42 risks a lot more lives than some random criminal assaulting your friend and doesn't have any excuse of provocation/panic.
