He is simply put not good enough for this league. And don't say he needs more time because time won't fix glaring errors in his game.

No, not good enough. Too slow to even match Barry. At least Barry's quick-witted and fast in the build-up.

Javi Garcia is alright, against weak midfields maybe, but when the going gets tough, you will find him wanting.

A slow player with barely average wits, that's why he is dreadfull to watch ...

A slow player with high-end technical abilities would no matter what shine, even if he was to be outpaced 110% of times.

Garcia will be the backbone of the team for seasons to come for my money. This time next year he'll be the New Lucas maybe even New Makelele I predict (albeit ambitiously).

We are a much much better team with him in it.

Was you high when you posted this? Lay off the crack cocaine son. Simply not good enough for city. Don't get why we bought him with many players out there to choose from. Our scouting team needs shooting.
 
The slowest player i have ever seen. Even at the end he could have easily intercepted the ball but was caught on his heels. He may have looked good in a slower league but amazed how much we paid for him and his slowness for the PL should have been noted. Seems a panic buy. Many today were shocking inc Silva not just Garcia but i just dont see anything in Garcia
 
Can't agree with some of the ranting going on here. Thought Garcia had a reasonably good game. Problem is, he has the same deficiencies as Barry, and we only got a semblance of a grip on proceedings once we switched to 3-5-2. If you want to focus on someone who was lightweight and shit today, look no further than David Silva.

Whatever, a 6 out of 10 performance from the team as a whole and I'd probably give Garcia the same score as an individual. Liverpool were better than us, simple as that
