Barry got MotM on Sky iirc and to be fair, I thought he was very good. Manged to break up their play at points and worked extremely hard.

As for Garcia, I've left it a while before commenting but he was extremely poor. A lot of question marks over his ability to pick up the pace of the Premier League and fit into our style of play - hopefully it's just a learning curve for him being in a new team, new country etc as there are times he's played where has has looked comfortable and assured.

Perhaps give him the benefit of the doubt for the other night, as every player has an off night from time to time, and see how he goes in the next few games he plays.

Did Barry get motm on SKY? Shocking if he did. I was watching it on the premier league channel.

Ha! Like a few of the players he improved once Garcia went off but before that I thought he was clumsy and gave the ball away a lot. In fact I thought our three midfielders Garcia, Yaya and Barry were having shockers until Milner replaced Garcia.

I'm sorry but he's fucking shite, he's slower than a stoned snail, he never passes more than 5 yards, he got bullied by Dave Jones(not the Wednesday boss!) I'd be on the blower to Benfica begging them to take him back for 5 million.

Have to agree about Barry, having watched it on the box.
Garcia looked worse than previously, so that's a worry.
Off the pace, weak in the tackle, poor passing - even the basic stuff. Runs like Bambi on tramodol. Needs to be drug tested as his running style can't be natural - or maybe we've signed Nancy Garcia by mistake - does he have a sister?
Was it £16m we're supposed to have paid? F me - they saw us coming.

Lets give the lad a bit more time bad performances do happen. To all players. One bad game doesn't mean he is total shit. Hope he comes through the bad spell gets settled and starts help bossing the midfield. Keep the faith lads.

Can't really give a good answer as I didn't watch him allot at his last club. As a defensive mid i'd say his tackling, anticipation, heading, short passing. He's not been with us long but over time I'd hope his attributes start to show more. I agree his performances haven't been incredible but it's far to early to right him off. Time and a strong run of games can do the world of good.
