yes i do laugh at Pakistani jokes and homophobic ones, i laugh because i know i shouldnt. this situation comedy crap has fueled some of the worst hours of television i have ever seen.i could watch infinite hours of mcintyre, lee evans & rhod gilbert and wouldn't laugh. jimmy carr i also like because he knows he shouldnt be saying something but says fuck you i'm saying it anyway. comedians for me should be controversial and not do a 20 min sketch on plastic fcuking bags at the supermarket

it's how it's executed. a bloke who's act consists of taking individuals apart on a stage through the medium of one-liners is neither clever, funny, or innovative.

Its a shame to see a once shining talent on the wane, but I suppose it happens to all gifted individuals at some point in their career - the point at which you realise that the magic has gone, and that your once maverick, irrepressible, golden touch has deserted you.

Ernesto - as I post this you have made 665 posts. I'm no satanist or have any particular interest in malevolent sorcery but just in case there is anything in it could you please make your 666th post a curse directed at the OP?
Nothing nasty just embarrasing or extremely inconvinient for him.

He's obvioulsy got enough problems as it is so just make it something amusing rather than particularly horrible. Random incontinence, an uncontrolable urge to wear womens clothes when leaving the house, complete inabilty to speak and only able to cluck when involved in a telephone conversation - things like that.

I watched him on some daytime TV programme the other day, and he had Chalkie sitting next to him!

I think his work must have dried up, and it was quite funny watching him explain his new attitude to comedy.

He is a reformed man!

It was quite sad watching him, with Chalkie sitting by his side, trying to be sincere, while his whole body language suggested his attitude, was, well, not that sincere.

Fuck off to a living fossil of a by-gone age.
