nasri came with a bad reputation but while he he wasnt badSimilar kind of problem to that with Nasri. Skilled player, wrong attitude. With this difference, that Samir Nasri played quite an important part in the 2011-12 title, and was a key player, with Yaya, in the 2013-14 title. Cancelo never had that level of impact.
Just glad that this is settled. Now all we need to do is get Ipswich to buy Kalvin at the end of the season…

Entirely different situations...The players you have mentioned have higher value than Cancelo at this point in time for a variety of reasons...He's a world class fullback. We've sold kids thus summer who haven't played above the championship for the same amount. Villa signed maatsen for £45m, Newcastle signed Hall for £35m and Brighton signed kadioglu for £30m all fullbacks. The market tells you that's very cheap for a player of his quality.

Somehow he messed up. Pity because he could’ve been a great player for us. His mentality didn’t convince the once's at Munich or Barcelona in the end as well. Now he ends us in a league with no fans.
Cancelo has played some fantastic matches for City. Played more like a winger and able to put in crosses with the outside of his right boot. If only he had the mentality of Walker or Zabaleta.

Juve, City, Bayern, Portugal and even Barca, have all questioned his attitude and character, but he just doesn’t change. As a result he will end up super rich, but playing levels below where he should be, and will eventually look back on a lucrative but underwhelming career. Will he care? maybe not, but it is a waste.
