Joe Hart - First Goal ???

harts mistakes against chelsea and liverpool mean not many could argue those are the moments we lost the title
its no good being the worlds best shot stopper if you go and make rash decisions like coming off the line when its not needed !!

Hart did OK, but Kompany was having (yet again) one of his days.

Joe perhaps could/should have done better, but no way was he at fault for any of those goals. Vincent Kompany however was, for all 3 of them.

This all day long!

Why or why didnt he head the ball away for their third goal instead of slicing it!!!

Looks like Vinnie is an easy target. Hart had no business being out of his goal, especially if he was going to just shadow Vin leaving Sterling with basically an open goal.

Have people forgotten Vin was playing through pain? Got to credit him for that, could have easily not played but he stepped up for the team and put his body on the line.

We all know Lescott or Garcia would have been A LOT worse.

Same could be said for kompany if he hadn't had made those mistakes yestrperday we could have won. Some people really do have a problem with hart, it makes no sense

You can kick it far further than head it, so the choice to kick was the correct one as he was clearing his lines.

He didn't exactly chose to slice it, that was a huge error!

99 times out of a 100 Kompany puts that ball into the crowd, or 50 yards down the pitch. 1 out of 100 his mishits it, and even then it's pot luck where it lands. The fact he sliced it, and it landed perfectly for Coutinho to hit it first time, was pure fluke and stunningly unlucky.

I'd also add that Kompany's movement was clearly hampered by his knee issue yesterday and I would be surprised if his balance and body shape weren't off a little due to that when he kicked the ball.

Kompany over the season has more than made up for any errors he has made, players make mistakes, Kompany loves City with all his heart and I can tell you he will be beating himself up a damn sight more than some of the serial moaners on here are doing. Give him as break FFS move on, we can still win the title but we need to back our players to the hilt now more than at any other time this season. For 60 minutes of that game we were easily the better team, win the last 6 and I think the title will be ours.
