Joe needs to get shitloads of practice in.. These long range goals are becoming the norm.. I remember Sturridge last year scored one from a way out..what has happened to the Joe Hart who payed in goal away to spuds 3 years ago 1st game of the season..??

I'm not sure I buy this argument. I can't think of any club that has two top quality keepers fighting for the No1 spot. Most clubs just have a No1 keeper and back up.

Pants is one of those players who seems to get better on here the more he doesn't play. Those calling for Pants to replace Hart will be in for a shock as he is a far worse keeper. The first Bayern goal that Hart got a hand to and should have done better with Pants wouldn't have even got down in time to get a hand on it. His strength is his height so he can claim the ball from corners but low down shots he gets down like a wardrobe.

Far worse my arse. He is far superior to Hart in numerous attributes even when Hart was stopping shots occasionally.

As it stands, selecting Pantilimon is a complete no brainer, and only someone without a bloody brain would argue otherwise.

Agree with the comment, Panti is good enough to play the comment that he wouldn't of got to that it absurd he would of he would of saved it. Panti can down well and up quick on of his saves when we won 1-0 away at the emirates was one of the best I have seen he run across he goal line and the ball has gone back past him and he dives quickly to save it great technique. Hart needs to be dropped I have said it for ages he is a very average keeper, yes great shotstopper but aren't most keepers. He all round game is shocking De Gea got slaughter for making mistakes and joe was let off all the time and De Gea is a much better keeper than hart IMO now

A pal of mine works on the doors and knows shedloads of the lads on the circuit and he tells me that it is apparently quite common knowledge behind the scenes that Joe has been drinking far too much booze for quite some time. Makes sense when you see how his performances have dropped in the last year or so.....Pellers needs to stamp his authority quickly or he will be undermined.

More to do with the inept team performance really mate , we all expected better . I knew the footy bet i had placed on us was hopeful as soon as I heard the teams ,they had left their top scorer on the bench and packed the midfield , it took our management 70 mins to do the same . They are grown men who should be able to take a bit of stick ,and if they are not then plying their trade in front of a worldwide audience is not for them . Watched it back last night and we were piss poor at the back . Any criticism laid at the players and manager is justifiable
